This particular wine embodies all of the qualities that one can expect from a Brut-style Prosecco. It displays the complex aromatics, refreshing crispness, velvety mouthfeel, judicious alcohol, and finely-calibrated effervescence that combine to create a sparkling wine that truly showcases the quintessence of the Glera grape and its ability to hold over time. Its subtle green-gold colour immediately signals the appealing crispness to come, along with the fragrant fruit and springtime blossoms on the nose.
