Produced from centuries-old, estate-grown olive trees on hills around Castello di San Salvatore, this olive oil embodies the finest aromatic properties of traditional
local olive varieties: Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino, and Maurino that have been exclusively cold-pressed. With its seductive appeal obvious right from its luminous green colour, this fresh olive oil displays crisp, herbaceous fragrances and a silky smoothness on the palate and will enhance on a daily basis any preparation from
the repertoire of fine Italian cuisine.
