Description
Sommelier notes
Tasting
This wine’s remarkable finely-focused acidic crispness marks it as one of the most characteristic and emblematic of the Treviso area. It appears straw yellow with subtle, greenish highlights. On the nose, fragrant apple and pear meld into impressions of freshly-mown hay. In the mouth, other components yield to its refreshing crispness, which combine with its elegant leanness and full flavours to make this wine eminently cellarable.
How to enjoy it
Food pairings
The vibrancy and delicious appeal of this Verdiso makes it the perfect aperitif wine, but it is a striking partner to an array of preparations of freshwater fish, summertime savoury pies, and fresh cheeses. Enjoy best at 8-10°C.
